To have your ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central account deleted

1. Please send an email to rinnaicustomercare@rinnai.us
2. The subject should read "ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central Account Deletion"
3. In the body of the email specify your email address used for the ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central account.  
4. ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú will delete the account within 5 business days after receiving your request.

ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú stores the following data for ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central accounts.

• Name
• Physical Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Water Heater status and historical information

Notes: 

1. Following the ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central deletion, personally identifiable data will be deleted. Note that ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú may still maintain historical water heater metadata removed from personally identifiable information for product quality improvements and analysis.
2. Please note that other ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú systems you have interacted with may still retain personal data based on your interactions with those systems and services. Please contact ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Customer Service if you need to have data unrelated to ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Central deleted.
