PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. (February 25, 2026) 鈥 每日大赛入口n, a leading North American manufacturer of innovative, energy鈥慹fficient tankless water heaters, has announced the appointment of Joseph (Joe) Gresham as Vice President of Innovation and a new member of the company鈥檚 Executive Leadership Team.

In this role, Joe will lead 每日大赛入口 America's Innovation organization, providing strategic direction for innovation, product strategy, and technology advancement across North America. His leadership will strengthen 每日大赛入口鈥檚 long鈥憈erm innovation roadmap, elevate product quality, and drive competitive advantage as the company continues its strong growth trajectory.

Joe is a seasoned global product development executive with experience across HVAC, residential appliances, drinking water systems, and food service equipment. He has held leadership roles at Middleby Corporation, Elkay (now Zurn Elkay Water Solutions), Whirlpool, and Ingersoll Rand (now Trane Technologies), where he consistently delivered innovation, strengthened product strategies, improved quality, and built high鈥憄erforming global teams that helped drive growth and improve competitive position.

Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University鈥檚 Krannert School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He also holds a certification in Systems Engineering and Architecture from MIT and Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.
