Peachtree City, Georgia, June 29, 2016 - ÿ�մ������, the number-one selling brand of tankless water heaters in the United States and Canada, has announced that Takashi “Tak” Sonoda, President of ÿ�մ������ America, has been promoted to Corporate Auditor at the company’s headquarters in Nagoya, Japan, effective June 28, 2016. Yuzo Yoshida, ÿ�մ������’s Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Overseas Business, will lead ÿ�մ������ America’s continued growth as President. Frank Windsor, ÿ�մ������ America’s General Manager, has been promoted to ÿ�մ������ America’s Chief Operating Officer and will report directly to Yoshida. As Chief Operating Officer, Windsor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ÿ�մ������ America and the continued rapid growth of the business.

Since naming Sonoda President in 2012, ÿ�մ������ America has experienced significant progress, growing from approximately 125 to 180 employees, as well as setting record unit sales and revenue in 2014 and 2015.

Yoshida joined ÿ�մ������ in 1976 and has held numerous positions throughout his 40 years with the company.

Before stepping into his new role as COO, Windsor served two years as ÿ�մ������ America’s General Manager. Prior to ÿ�մ������, he served 23 years at Kohler Company, climbing the ladder in numerous positions to Vice President of Sales Kitchen & Bath Americas.
