The new agreement states that all Ryland Homes–Atlanta Division homes with gas appliances specified, will come standard with a ÿ�մ������® Luxury Series Tankless Water Heater.

ÿ�մ������ tankless water heaters operate only when the need for hot water is detected and shut down when the demand for hot water ceases, using up to 40 percent less energy than tank-style water heaters. The Luxury Series includes four models, with interior and exterior units offering up to 199,000-BTUs. Capable of delivering up to 9.4 gallons of hot water per minute, the 199,000-BTU level units can provide continuous hot water for up to five plumbing and appliance outlets simultaneously. In addition, these tankless units offer a longer lifespan than tank water heaters, as well as space savings and are ENERGY STAR® qualified.
