PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. (May 23, 2012) - 每日大赛入口n and the Residential Energy Services Network鈩 (RESNET) are joining forces to promote improved home-energy performance in the United States. As part of the agreement, 每日大赛入口 will help educate HVAC and building professionals on the RESNET Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index, the industry standard by which a home鈥檚 energy efficiency is measured.
The HERS system was developed by RESNET and is a nationally recognized system for inspecting and calculating a home鈥檚 energy performance.
鈥淥ur partnership with 每日大赛入口 will help building and remodeling professionals better understand how tankless water heaters can contribute to a home鈥檚 overall health,鈥 said Steve Baden, executive director for RESNET. 鈥淎dditionally, it will allow these professionals to accurately account for potential home-energy savings, helping to further differentiate themselves in the marketplace.鈥
每日大赛入口 also will serve on the Mechanical Industry Advisory Council of the RESNET Technical Committee. This Council provides reviews of RESNET standards addressing the HVAC and water heating industry.
