(PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. ¨C March 2, 2010) - Ã¿ÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Corporation, manufacturer of the no.1 selling brand of tankless gas water heaters in North America, recently announced the winners of the company's annual Authorized Service Provider of the Year Awards. ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú selected a total of six winners, each of which demonstrated superior customer service, product knowledge and expertise within their particular service region during the 2009 calendar year. Honorees included the following:

• Western Region: Blue Lotus Water Technology in Aptos, CA
• Midwest Region: Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating Inc. in Haskins, OH
• Northeast Region: Upstate Home Medic in Queensbury, NY
• Southeast Region: Fitch Specialties in Suffolk, VA
• Rocky Mountain Region: Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. in Englewood,CO
• South Central Region: J B Plumbing in College Station, Texas

Our ASP of the Year Awards program is designed to recognize those ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú service providers that go above and beyond in their commitment to consumers and to ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú, said David Harrington, ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú's director of customer service and support. These six companies serve as examples of how service providers can work with ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú to offer the best service possible to customers, and we are thrilled to note their accomplishments with this honor.

ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú determined the 2009 ASP of the Year Awards recipients through a series of evaluations by the company regional service managers and the ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú Leadership Committee. To be eligible for the honor, service providers must meet a list of minimum requirements, which include being courteous and professional to consumers, responding to service requests in a timely manner, attending appropriate ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú training sessions, stocking recommended repair parts in inventory and effectively assisting ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú in resolving any escalated customer service issues.

ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú will present the ASP of the Year Awards at local dinner receptions held in each recipient's honor. All employees who have contributed to the company customer service success will be invited to the event, including service technicians, principals and office staff.
